BUTTER "MARGARINE" ROLLS Recipe: @icenguik Method: Straight dough / Direct kneading Loyang: 22x22x7cm Bahan: 300g terigu protein tinggi 15g susu bubuk 40g gula pasir 205g (1 kuning telur + susu cair dingin) 3g garam 4g ragi instan 50g GOLD BULLION Prime (Cake Margarine) Eggwash: 1butir telur 2sdm susu cair Isian: GOLD BULLION Prime (Cake Margarine), dicairkan Gula pasir Gula palem Cinnamon sesuai selera Cara membuat: Campur terigu, susu bbk, gula, garam dan susu dingin, aduk hingga setengah kalis, masukkan ragi instan dan margarin Ulen hingga kalis elastis (melewati windowpane test), angkat lalu diamkan adonan 45min-1jam disesuaikan dgn suhu ruang Bulatkan, diamkan 10min, gilas tipis, oles margarin cair, beri gula dan cinnamon, gulung iris2x tata di loyang Diamkan sampai double size, kurang lebih 45min-1,5jam Panaskan oven 180-190°C atau sesuai oven masing2x, oles dgn egg wash sebelum oven Bake selama 25-30min 26 JULI
