MY JOURNEY - TOURING AT BALI Part I

Bali - First Week on January 2012

Outside of planning, suddenly my boss give a permit to me and my friend to have a holiday on Bali. He may see a pity to me (broken heart girl) xixixi..pass away just forget it. Horeeeee Bali I'm Comming..^^

Minimalist holiday because of minimalist budget on hand :p , how lucky we are, we get a best price of Lion. Our flight was on Wednesday 04th 2012, arrived at Ngurah Rai  1 a.m, confuse because of we didn't determine to stay at fixed hotel. hmm...by taxi finally we go to Fave Hotel (lay on Denpasar). Overnight we waste time to looking for the new hotel which is near from beach hihihi....(tired but so interesting to enjoy this trip).

Morning come is shopping time at "Erlangga". It is center of gift or souvenir special from Bali. in this shop we can get the gift or souvenir with the cheap price without bargain, you should try to buy in this shop ^^...(believing me)

Afternoon we continue to the next hotel, we choose "Bali Padma Hotel" we get a cheap price IDR 600,000 for 3 days (good choice...:D) it lay on near Legian Beach. Waste half of the day (January 05th,2012) walking down start from Legian beach until Kuta Beach, great of shopping heaven for woman hihihi, visit one by one shop as long as the road :D...(happy shopping  and great culinary tour off course ^_^)











Next vacation on Friday January 6th,2012 going to "Garuda Wisnu Kencana" - Great place recommended to visit ^_^

Tahu Cilok

Siapa yang suka sama cilok, yuk ah toss :D Bahan: 200 gram tepung sagu 125 gram tepung terigu protein sedang 2 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan 1/4 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk 1 sendok teh garam 2 batang daun bawang, diiris halus 200 ml air, dididihkan 250 gr udang haluskan  10 buah tahu potong kotak dan goreng hingga kecoklatan Cara Membuat Cilok: Kulit, campur tepung sagu, tepung terigu, bawang putih, kaldu ayam, garam, daun bawang dan udang. Aduk rata. Tuang air panas sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni hingga tercampur rata. Ambil sedikit adonan, masukkan ke dalam tahu Rebus di dalam air yang sudah dididihkan hingga matang. Angkat. Biasanya saya simpan diwadah kedap udara, dan di kukus lagi kalau mau makan.

Nugget Waluh

NUGGET PISANG mbak Citra Ummu Fatima Bahan : 250 gr pisang kepok yang sudah dikupas, haluskan 25 gr susu bubuk full cream 75 gr gula pasir 125 gr tepung terigu 25 gr tepung custard  50 ml susu cair 1 butir telur sejumput garam Bahan pencelup : 1 butir telur kocok lepas Cara membuat ; Campur semua bahan jadi satu, aduk rata. Cetak di snack maker yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu asal set. Angkat. Masukkan di bahan pencelup, lalu gulingkan di tepung panir. Diamkan sebentar. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai berwarna kecokelatan.  Angkat sajikan hangat

Banana Chiffon Cake

  Homebake ~ Banana Chiffon Cake 🍌 RESEP Banana Chiffon Cake Bahan A: 7 kuning telur 160g tepung protein rendah, ayak 35g brown sugar (boleh pakai gula biasa) 1/2 sdt garam 260g pisang, haluskan 90g minyak sayur / canola oil Bahan B: 7 putih telur 100g gula pasir 1sdm air lemon / jeruk nipis Cara: - Panaskan oven suhu atas 200°c, bawah 170°c siapkan loyang chiffon - Kocok kuning telur, garam dan gula dengan whisk sampai kental dan gula larut. Tambahkan pisang yang sudah di haluskan dan minyak sayur, aduk rata. - Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata. Jgn over mix, sisihkan. - Kocok bahan B sampai mengembang, glossy dan mulai kaku. Campur adonan putih telur ke campuran kuning telur secara bertahap aduk balik smp tercampur rata. Jgn over mix. - Tuang adonan ke loyang chiffon, settingan Oven De Vinci: • 180°c/160°c panggang 15 menit, keluarkan dan slit atasnya. Oven dgn • 140°c/150°c panggang 50 - 55 menit sampai matang.
